1. What currency are the prices listed in?

All prices are quoted in USD.

2. What are the mode of payment for the price listed in your website?

We accept major credit cards through PayPal Secure Payment.

3. What are the mode of payment for the items in your shop?

We accept only CASH payments.

4. Are your phones brand new or used?

They are BRAND NEW PHONES and come with a 12 months manufacturer's warranty, except for Export Sets.

5. Does the products come with any warranty?

Yes, the brand new phones come with the respective manufacturer's local 12 months warranty, chassis/spareparts comes with 3 months limited warranty by our company.

6. Do you have stocks for all products listed?

It is advisable to give us a call for stocks enquries or reservation.

7. Do you accept trade-in of used Blackberry phones?

Yes, we accept trade-in of all used Blackberry devices.

8. Do you accept orders outside Singapore?

Yes, we accept international orders.

9. Do you ship internationally ?

Yes, we do but we do not ship to Nigeria, Russia, Africa, Philipines, Romania and Eastern European countries.

10. Do I have to pay for shipping/tax charges?

Yes. All buyer bears shipping/tax charges

11. I have some problems with my blackberry phone and it's not working properly, do you provide repairs for it?

Yes, we do provide repairs in Singapore.
